FAQs on Real Estate

Do you need to know all about my finances in order to purchase/sell a property?

Absolutely not! All we need is a pre-approval/approval letter from the bank/loan officer! This can all be taken care of during a call with me!

2. Can I look at properties with you BEFORE I sign a contract?

NO! This is actually against the law, a licensed realtor can only take you to see properties if you are signed with them as their realtor, and I'd be happy to be that person!

3. I've seen on the news how competitive the market is, Is it too late for me to start looking for properties with my budget?
